I don't know why I'm getting envelopes of emails and have to double click to enter to see the actuall replies. Nevermind that :). I know that SATA is not considered as an IDE. Yet, I have few systems who do respond to this type of interface. kinda confusing as this is not really a scsi device, or is it? Is there a different set of tools that works like the hdparm,..but on SATA or scsi, so that I can improve the performance of the drive?
