Yes - that was me. RL has got in the way a bit over Chrimbo - should be
sorted soon.

I've not said a word recently because, quite frankly, I can't be arsed to
defend my actions yet again.

But wbelupdates.org will soon have a set of goodies for WBEL4 (I bought
myself a faster computer to do it on!). WBEL3 will follow...
