I'm having difficulty with my tape device creating the correct generic SCSI device. At the moment the system creates both /dev/st0 and /dev/nst0 and work fine when I mt -f /dev/st0 status All is good, BUT sginfo is mapping /dev/sg1 through to /dev/nst0 which is not working with VMware Does anyone know how to remove the /dev/nst0 or get sg to map to /dev/st0??
