[ANNOUNCE] WOLK v4.5s FINAL - Server Edition

Hi all,

so here we go, FINAL v4.5. This is the 5th maintenance update for WOLK4.0.
A missing security issue has been fixed! Sorry, forgot it in 4.4s :-(

                flag on newly-created sockets. Olaf Kirch noticed that his

o   fixed:    CAN-2003-0187: A vulnerability was reported in Netfilter in the
                connection tracking function. On certain versions of the Linux
                kernel, a remote user can cause denial of service conditions
                on the target system.

                address translation (NAT) implementation in Netfilter. A
                remote user may be able to cause the target system to crash.

Notice: There was a report, that "q->full" fixes all of the latency problems
        and on SCSI devices, it is _faster_ than before. I don't know why this
        happens but it's true. So try it out ;)
