Seems the PaX team will not support RMAP.

The problem with -rmap is that adding PaX support to
it is not a trivial exercise and since we're not using
it, there's little motivation to spend time on it. On
the other hand we'll eventually have to write a 2.6
port at which point we'll have to face -rmap (i'd say
that by the end of this year). Also, -rmap for 2.4
exists both as a standalone patch and in the RedHat
kernels which is not exactly the same - which one
should be supported? At least for the RedHat version
we believe that supporting a vendor kernel should
better be done by the respective vendor itself, not
us.
