I have replaced the ieee1394 subsystem in my WOLK 4.6 kernel with the code found at "www.linux1394.org". As far as I can see, you do not need the patch for the scsi layer to provide hotpluging, as Marc seems to have a very simmilar patch integrated allready. I activated "SBP2_USE_SCSI_ADDREM_HACK" in sbp2.c and hotpluging works fine here.
