Well i try to simplify the config more (see attached) and it still
didn't boot. Then i build it with gcc-2.96, the famous redhat compiler "use
kgcc to build a kernel " and now it boots:

gcc -v
Reading specs from /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i386-redhat-linux/2.96/specs
gcc version 2.96 20000731 (Red Hat Linux 7.3 2.96-113)


Is there a recommanded compiler for 2.2.25 serie ?
