None of your sentences makes any sense. "patch -p1" 'rips' off the first 
directory name of a patch, so there can be whatever I like. Also "microsoft/" 
is valid ;p

Use "patch -p1" as always with anything in wolk/for wolk and you are fine.

P.S.: I did not officially announce ALSA v0.9.6 for WOLK yet.
