Iptables userpace tool not building with WOLK 2.6 kernel

I've been having a strange problem when I have 2.6.4-wolk2.3 symlinked as
/usr/src/linux and trying to build the iptables. It errors out and complains a
lot about headers not being right. It finally just gives up and craps out in the
end. Below is the latter half of the compile output. I tried building iptables
with a different 2.6 kernel pointed to /usr/src/linux and it worked fine. So,
I'm guessing its some patch wolk has applied that's messing this up. I couldn't
find many answers on google either. Any help would be great! Thanks!
