tcp md5 patch

Hi all,

	May I sugest the port of this patch? 
http://hasso.linux.ee/quagga/rfc2385-2.4.26.patch

	I came across this when I had to patch/update my route-server against the tcp 
vulnerability (http://www.uniras.gov.uk/vuls/2004/236929/).
