nono, fork bomb protection was ripped out during grsec 1.9.5 or so. So neither 
using grsec1 or grsec2 gives you back that feature. Brad said we can simply 
use PAM for that. He's right but I like to have such features in the kernel. 
Maybe I'll re-add it, dunno.
