Hi all,

I encourage _all_ 2.4-WOLK users to update to v4.16s! It fixes all known
security issues up to 11th September 2004 (today).
------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 - TCP: Treason uncloaked! Peer <foo> shrinks window <bar>.
