Look at: http://linux.bkbits.net:8080/linux-2.4 and search for every gcc 3.4 fix/patch which went in. Try to apply them all to WOLK too, find missing things which are not in vanilla (quite much ;), fix them too, send a patch and 2.4-WOLK will happily compile with gcc 3.4.
