latest basedir spec is wrong

Hi everyone
The files at https://standards.freedesktop.org/basedir-spec/ have
the following issues:
1. "basedir-spec-latest" should be linking to "basedir-spec-0.8"
(it is linking to "basedir-spec-0.7")
2. "basedir-spec-0.8" should say "Version 0.8"
(it says "Version 0.7")
