Permission to close bugs in xdg-utils gitlab

Hi,

I'm happy to go through and clean up some of the older bugs in the 
xdg-utils gitlab, atleast some of the imported bugs have been fixed and 
others may no longer be relevant.

The only issue at the moment is I don't have permission to close bugs, 
if someone would like to give the user @simotek access that would be 
much appreciated.
