Depreciating xdg-file-dialog and xdg-copy (or supporting them properly)

Hi All,

Having just looked through xdg-file-dialog and xdg-copy, they seem to
only have partial support, with gnome*, cinnamon, lxde, mate, xfce and
kde being supported while others including a "generic" option are not.

Does anyone know of cases where these utilities are in use? or would it
be safe to deprecate them and remove them in the xdg-utils rewrite.

Providing a working implementation for enlightenment and LXQt is
probably not a straight forward task.
