Commit rights

Hi all,

Recently the Wayland community has pushed for a few XDG spec changes.
In the discussions it has come up that there's no xdg-specs reviewer
with knowledge about Wayland, and that such a reviewer would be handy
to ack Wayland-related xdg-specs changes [1].

What's the process to get commit rights to xdg-specs? It doesn't seem
like that's documented.

I'd personally be happy to be pinged when an xdg-specs patch needs eyes
from someone familiar with Wayland (regardless of commit rights).
