Clojure is working on better supporting XDG base directory rules

Hello.

I just wanted to mention that the Clojure project had recently accepted to
work on enhancing its support to XDG base directory rules, as described in
their ticket TDEPS-262[1]

Thanks to this list, I've received some good information (but as direct
messages) that helped me make the case and some other good
considerations[2] for the eventual patch.

So, please use this message as a heads-up, and I will use it as a thread
for later discussion while working on it.
