Sound Theme and Naming Specifications

Interested in if anyone or company is currently working on any updates
to the Sound Theme Spec? It seems to have fallen to the way side and
the default XDG/Freedesktop sound theme is a bit long in tooth. The
link to the latest draft of the sound spec,
specifically,=C2=A0http://0pointer.de/public/sound-theme-spec.html=C2=A0see=
ms to
be gone. Actually, it looks like Lennart's entire site is down at the
moment, does anyone have a link to the latest specification?
