On my Xserve G4 with YDL 6.2:

/etc/cron.hourly/mcelog.cron:

mcelog: warning: Cannot parse /proc/cpuinfo

No wonder:

# rpm -qi mcelog
Name : mcelog Relocations: (not relocatable)
...
Summary : Tool to translate x86-64 CPU Machine Check Exception data.
Description :
mcelog is a daemon that collects and decodes Machine Check Exception data
on x86-64 machines.
ftp://ftp.x86-64.org/pub/linux/tools/mcelog/

What's the point of including this in a PPC distro?
