Well, ... ;-)

My hope was to define a 'standard bundle' that
installs with one command.  I suppose a simple
script may be enough to 'emerge' xfree86, kde,
kdevelop, vim, util-linux, and xchat (if that were
a 'standard' configuration for our site).  

It just seems like the ability to define a bundle
like this should be part of the installer, or
the ability to 'que' a bunch of packages should
be part of the installer.  

After saying that out loud, though, I guess I really
just need a script.

Or, maybe it's good enough if the Zynot docs suggests
a set of packages for "the developer's bundle"
or "the gamer's bundle" or "the web server bundle" to
help people get started. That would be almost no work
at all, and would help people migrate from 
Mandrake/Suse.  (I'm Gentoo now, but I must admit it
was nice when Mandrake took care of all the details
in the bundle so I could get work done instead of
playing 'sys admin' to figure out that fdisk is found
inside util-linux).    ;-)
