The support ticket in question is [spr29389] and we have attempted to
send a response to you twice with, apparently, no success. The first
time was Wed, Sep 15 2004, with a second attempt on Thu, Sep 23 2004.  I
have sent a response again today and am writing to the allegro-cl list
in the hopes that you manage to see one of them. All attempts at contact
have been to the email address from which the message I am replying to
originated.

Please email Franz Inc. at [email protected] to acknowledge
receipt. Please also provide a telephone number at which we can contact
you. That should help us circumnavigate whatever issues we are having
communicating electronically.
