Summary: clc-install depends on harcoded paths

Initial Comment:
CLC-INSTALL-0.1 does not work on FreeBSD, since CMU CL is per default installed with PREFIX=/usr/local instead of /usr. Especially extracting the tarballs fails, as they contain hardcoded paths.
