Summary: sbcl.sh

Initial Comment:
Our sbcl.sh should really support the new arguments
(like install-defsystem, for instance) from
common-lisp-controller. Possibly it also ought to dump
an image with mk-defsystem (or hopefully soon asdf :).

Making it understand install-defsystem (i.e. dumping a new
core) would halve the startup time, as determined by
extremely unscientific tests (most of the startup time seems
to be in loading defsystem.x86f). Hence the increased priority.
