Summary: asdf on gcl

Initial Comment:
A simple fix to be able to run asdf on gcl 2.7.0 (and
maybe other old lisp implementations) is to replace
asdf's use of equalp by equal, when making a hash-table
for component names. Component names are strings and/or
symbols, as far as I can tell, so this should be OK.
