Yes, Michael, I verified that your code clearly works better than the
existing stub code. As you point out, your code may benefit from
rewriting, but at this point is an improvement so I added it the CVS
tree. I'm also uploading a new version into Debian.

Perhaps the asdf wizards will work with your code to improve it.
