Housekeeping stuff

I removed a bunch of my packages from the archive on sourceforge,
because I'm no longer distributing them as Debian packages and I was
getting bug reports from people who downloaded them thinking they were 
current.  I did this by moving them to old/ and then running
update-repo.sh - I hope that was the right way to do it.

There seems to be a recent upsurge of interest in "vendor-neutral"
cclan - today saw both the contribution of two new packages (thanks,
Miles) and a new archive mirror (thanks to Erik Arneson).  Sooner or
later we may have to make some decisions about what to do with the
existing Debian archive and its associated web pages - it's my belief
that most of the packages we created either migrated into Debian
itself (ilisp, onshore-*), or lapsed (e.g. lisa).  I know this doesn't
cover everything, though.  Opinions from package maintainers?  Package
users?  Pundits, industry experts, journalists, hangers-on?
