rsync woes: does any CCLAN mirror site support rsync?

Hello -- I need to make a local copy of the CCLAN repository. I have tried rsync with all the sites, but linux.org.uk asks me for a password, and the standard "anonymous" or e-mail passwd does not seem to work. I had even worst luck with the other mirrors. _Does_ rsync work in any of those mirrors?
