asdf 'RELEASE' tag moving on Saturday

A new version of asdf has just been committed, containing bug fixes
from David Lichteblau and Brian Seitz.

On Saturday I will move the RELEASE tag up to where the HEAD is now,
unless I hear objections before then.  This would be a good time,
then, to test your apps with asdf HEAD.

Features in HEAD not yet in RELEASE

  * operations which do nothing are substantially faster

  * many SBCL compiler warnings fixed

  * bug fixed when using defsystem with non-standard class

  * "reload only if changed" bug fix when the compile failed last time 
    around

Once the RELEASE tag is updated I'll also be checking in the new
wild-module stuff on the HEAD
