asdf-install installs more than you ask for

The current ASDF-Install architecture looks for every ASDF and MK- 
DEFSYSTEM file in the downloaded tarball(s) and then loads all of  
them. In my opinion, this is incorrect. If I ask to install X, I want  
to download X and then load only X. X's dependencies should be  
loaded, but not any systems that happen to come along for the ride.

I'll be crafting a patch for this unless convinced otherwise...
