Hi Zach,

I'm sorry if I was unclear. I still want ASDF-Install to do all the  
symlinking magic. I don't want it to call #'operate on any systens  
that don't need to loaded to get the system I want installed. I'm  
trying to avoid what James Bielman mentioned with respect to things  
like CL-SQL -- the unnecessary loading of code just because it came  
along for the ride.
