defsystem-mode for emacs

I've created a simple defsystem-mode (actually it's an asdf-mode)
derived from lisp-mode.

For the most part, there are 4 commands in it. It's simple enough to
read the source, I think. If there are any questions please ask. The
code is released into the public domain.
