[PATCH] add a RETRY restart to the MISSING-DEPENDENCY error

Hello,

This patch sets up a RETRY restart when ASDF fails to find a dependency.
Not surprisinly, picking this restart will cause ASDF to try and load
that dependency again.  I find this very useful.

I have this annoying minor-mode that highlights trailing whitespace and
that caused a second patch.  The third patch was the result of some
animosity towards tabs, I suppose.  Feel free to ignore these.
