How to submit new vn-cclan packages

To help give some credibility to the word "comprehensive" in CCLAN, I
have started packaging up code from CLOCC, the CMU AI repository,
CLiki and elsewhere.

Could somebody please give me write access to one of the existing
mirrors, so I can start making packages available?
