can't start server (continue)

I try load the file http:lw;start.lisp, and the output is:

; Loading fasl file C:\Archivos de programa\Harlequin\LispWorks\lib\4-1-0-0\modules\util\gcentmac.fsl

**++++ Error between functions:
CAPI:TOP-LEVEL-INTERFACE-DISPLAY-STATE does not exist at all.

So, i don't know if the operating system i'm using (Windows XP home edition) is bad, or i have to load another file.
