Re: cl-http on clozure

Hi,

I have fixed it slightly different in the CL-HTTP sources.

In the older sources there was (concatenate 'string foostring "bar").

I had changed that for LispWorks, which has multiple string types and where STRING would not always be an acceptable result type given FOOSTRING of some string type. I have added some Unicode support for LispWorks and CL-HTTP (in the contribs), where this matters. With my contrib CL-HTTP (under LispWorks) supports things like form text in Unicode, Unicode in search URLs, etc.

Now there is a function STRING-TYPE-SYMBOL, which returns the type as a symbol (without size information). This function is used in these places.
