CL-HTTP 70.180 PRE

CL-HTTP 70.180 PRE is now available at:

The release includes robust LispWorks and Genera implementations
as well as working MCL and CMUCL ports. 

The LispWorks port is now provides very complete, fast,
robust performance on Windows, UNIX, LINUX, and
MacOSX, and offers a royalty-free, production-quality, cross-platform
application delivery  with commercial support availability

The Genera port still supports production applications.

The MCL port has been upgraded to released MCL 5.0,  but still
suffers from some weakness in the MCL networking layer on MacOSX.

The CMUCL port still needs more work to fill in the completeness
of the implementation and improve performance, and is ready to
become high quality on PC Linux.

The ACL ports have not yet been updated for this release.

or fixes to the appropriate mailing lists.

But, remember that this Lisp code base can only move forward
when somebody does some work and shares it with you. If people
share their improvements, implementations, and new facilities,
then everyone benefits -- and code is refined.
