I haven't used CLG on a Windows machine for a couple of months.  Last time
I used it, test/testgtk.lisp ran without problems.  You need SBCL and a 
bunch of DLL's downloaded from www.gtk.org to run CLG under Windows.  The
old CLG for gtk+ 1.2 runs under Windows with LispWorks.
