As I am not a Window user I'm afraid I can't be of very much help with
Windows specific problems.

I have checked that the latest CVS version of clg will work in Clisp
2.44.1, but probably not in any later versions due to API changes. I am
working on a fix for that.

I'm Sorry I can't be of more help about clg in Windows.
