I'll do that. There seems to be no publicly visible conversation yet, so
I'll just try the mailing list. Do you know whether there are "workarounds"
around libffcall bugs in CLISP's code?


Regarding the C++ GC checker:
I've found the part in the impnotes (35.5.3. Run-time GC-safety checks)
but have not yet looked at the corresponding code. Though it builds and
runs (albeit very slow) with the checker enabled!
