I don't know. Maybe the docs about SELinux, from Red Hat, have some infos?

Start with "make check". If that fails miserably, then reconfigure,
rebuild, and reinstall libffcall, then rebuild clisp (here, I'd guess,
reconfigure is not necessary, just "make clean && make").
