Please routinely set the mail subject. This makes it easier to manage the mails
and to peruse the archives.

Can you describe this issue for Sam (who was the last one to work on TRUENAME
for streams), please?

I personally won't look at the Windows build soon; the various Unix builds
have higher priority for me.
