Re: clisp: New frame type CHANDLER.

Hi Bruno,

Problems:

1. CHANDLER is a common English word.
2. HANDLER_FRAME is a substring of CHANDLER_FRAME (this search
problems).

Proposal:

1. Rename HANDLER_FRAME to L_HANDLER_FRAME
2. Rename CHANDLER_FRAME to C_HANDLER_FRAME
