Although it's quite common in the Lisp community to reuse English words
(think of "Bigloo"), I agree it's better with an extra underscore.

'object' is a substring of 'gcv_object_t', and so on. Emacs and grep
both have ways to search for identifiers, regardless of other identifiers
that may contain the search term as a substring.
