Take a look at build/dbus/dbus.c and search for, say,
dbus_connection_get_adt_audit_session_data.
You will see that it is surrounded with
#if defined(HAVE_DBUS_CONNECTION_GET_ADT_AUDIT_SESSION_DATA)
and this is why you get the warning.

Now you need to figure out why configure does not define these constant.
It appears that they are not even mentioned in configure.in.

This is weird.
Let me look into this...
