Could you please supply *features* for each socket.erg file?

Additionally, please run socket.tst with the base linkset which makes
symbolic errnos available - there should be no errors.

I wonder whether we should actually move socket.tst to modules/syscalls
to avoid the need to check for numeric errnos altogether.
