Managing IT infrastructure has some costs. It's not
only installing the software, it's assuring response to
issues, installing security upgrades, assuring backups,
assuring continuation in case of personal bankrupcy or death,
and so on.
  - If a single person does it, chances are high that it won't
    last long. This was our first experience with cons.org.
  - If a small group of people does it (like GNU or common-lisp.net),
    we have to follow the rules of that group.
  - If a large company, such as gitlab.com, does it, it is most
    cost-effective, but we are at the mercy of developments of this
    company. This was our experience with sourceforge.
