notifications on gitlab

Hi all,

I don't see an immediate way to configure gitlab in such a way that commits
and changes to the issue tracker would yield notifications to this
mailing list.

Therefore, if you are interested in receiving emails from the issue tracker,
do this:
  - Go to https://gitlab.com/profile . Log in.
  - On the left-hand side, pick "Notifications".
  - For group 'clisp', pick the level "Watch" instead of "Global".
