Patch to compile on Linux

The code is bitrotting as we speak. I had to apply this patch to get
clisp to compile its glibc bindings. Can a maintainer push it?

Also please include asdf 3.1.7 in modules/asdf/asdf.lisp. 2.33 is very old.

Is anyone semi-maintaining clisp at all these days?
