I am using it on my side, and preparing good business with it. It is running in background right now, preparing the satellite imagery of mining lands for our clients. There is mailing list, and you people are helping in development. Just like any other free software project, it may have some bugs, so what? Is that a new thing in free software world? If you wish to be more specific, you should say specific problem you have, otherwise, the documentation is pretty specific and it is finally Common Lisp by standard, and if something is missing, you may file a report or request.
