Yes? There is also mercurial version, if you need it as development.

I am using it on my side, and preparing good business with it. It is
running in background right now, preparing the satellite imagery of
mining lands for our clients.

There is mailing list, and you people are helping in development.

Just like any other free software project, it may have some bugs, so
what? Is that a new thing in free software world?

If you wish to be more specific, you should say specific problem you
have, otherwise, the documentation is pretty specific and it is
finally Common Lisp by standard, and if something is missing, you may
file a report or request.
